I was going to try to shoot some video of my office, myself. So glad I chose Kevin and his team. They showed up early, got right to work, and I was able to see patients seamlessly. They were professional, and friendly, and very easy to work with. Plus, the price was right. Highly recommend.

A few years ago I had this dream of starting a Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band. Finally, a couple of months ago, I was able to get it started and, in order to get gigs, I needed a video. This is so important to me that I didn't just want an awesome videographer, I wanted a videographer that was enthusiastic, involved, reliable, skin-in-the-game-let's-make-this-the-most-awesome-video-ever videographer. Kevin Fuchs and his partner Arjun are two of the most likable and professional individuals I had the pleasure to interact with. They were kind and generous and gave me all the time I needed to prepare for my headshot and more. Kevin took his time with me, was patient and knowledgeable. Admittedly, he told me he was a little rusty as he’s just re-entering the industry, currently working as a paramedic, but you couldn’t tell after presented with the final product. He’s priced appropriately and goes above and beyond expectations. He also takes kindly to criticism and suggestions. Highly recommend him for your photography needs. Don’t know much about his video production skills but if they match his photo skills he’s your guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair, non competitive. It’s not about the money all the time it’s about the work and meeting new people and making them walk away confident and secure by the work I provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, overview of the project and my and their expectations, what I bring to table both strength and weakness. I don’t lie and will not take on a project I can’t handle. I’m honest and upfront about my skills, and experiences. If I can’t do it I say I can’t do it. However, if you have ideas to contribute I always have an open mind to try new things.
