Introduction: My name is Kevin Fuchs,
I have deep roots in production and photography. After graduating from Loyola Marymount in LA with my BA and MA in film, television, and photography. I started my career as Geraldo Rivera’s assistant before moving to Disney, where I supported Michael Eisner and Michael Lynton. Subsequently, as a creative executive at Avnet—Kerner, the production company behind Fried Green Tomatoes and The Mighty Ducks franchise, I sourced, developed, and collaborated on all aspects of a portfolio of projects at various stages of production.
I have a highly transferable project management skillset. After returning home to NJ to care for ailing parents, I returned to the field as a paramedic, something I’ve done since my teens. I also joined Tana Digital Imaging in production management, overseeing the entire production lifecycle for media and financial corporations. Subsequently, I managed the daily operations of the art department for CIBC World Markets, orchestrating end-to-end concepting through design delivery for the multimillion-dollar asset management group. After sale of my company, I joined Carpe Vita, a healthcare-focused VC firm managing opening projects in a contract capacity, where I I gained in-depth insight into all aspects of opening and operationalizing adult care centers.
I bring a high degree of creativity and an impeccable eye for detail to every project I undertake. Learning at the feet of greats like Michael Eisner and Michael Lyndon, I blend unwavering pursuit of perfection with the ability to look at things from a different angle to find new solutions.
As a producer/photographer, I am known for my ability to simultaneously manage details at ground level while ensuring we continue to drive towards the finish line. From the timeline of events to shooting and filming to post-production and release, I earned the respect of some of the most demanding names in Hollywood for timely delivery. At Rocket Science Labs & Blue 13, I was heavily involved in everything from R&D and casting to story-lining and production for shows such as My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss, My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé, and Renovate My Family. Each show was like a mini-project, with individual high level budgets, and intricate timetables and milestones from pre- to post-production over a 6-month time horizon.
