Introduction: My company, Let's Get Movin has always been a dream of mine that I had hoped to one day be able to pursue, where I would finally be able to be my own boss and be the one responsible for my own success or failure in the very competitive moving industry. Prior to starting Let's Get Movin, I had worked for numerous moving companies over the years in both New Jersey and California. The one thing that each and everyone of those companies had in common, was the fact that they clearly did not value the relationships with the customers as much as I knew they should have. These other moving companies evidently took their well-paying customers for granted which just did not sit well with me and I always vouched to never let that happen if I was the person in charge and was somehow able to fulfill my dream of starting my own business. After I finally left the last moving company that I was last working for, I decided that it was time to get Let's Get Movin up and running. I felt confident that I was going to be able to start a successful business because of all the hands-on experience I had over the years working for moving companies and the knowledge of how a reputable moving company should be operated. I decided that it was finally time to test the highly competitive market of movers, with my company, Let's Get Movin, and I started picking up moving jobs based solely off word of mouth and with help from some of my previous customers that I had stayed in contact with throughout the years. When I mentioned to my previous customers that, Let's Get Movin was looking for work, they did not even hesitate before starting to send me referrals for new customers, which I am still unbelievably grateful for, to this day. For the past year, Let's Get Movin has had a steady influx of business without using paid advertising, a social media presence, or being linked to anywhere online for that matter. The amount of work that we had coming in at the time was impossible for just myself to handle, so I invited 4 more employees to join the Let's Gets Movin team. I made sure before I hired each new employee, that they completely understood just how important our customers truly are, because literally without them, there wouldn't even be a company anymore. I am very proud to say that all of my employees share the same mindset and traits as myself, which includes being hard-working, loyal, trustworthy, dependable, passionate of the job, and motivated everyday to exceed our customers' expectations. I consider my employees part of my family and we have such a strong bond together that I genuinely believe this is why, Let's Get Movin, has been so successful already, in such a short period of time. Recently, somebody had mentioned this website to me called, Thumbtack and told me that there were a lot of customers looking everyday, for moving companies to give their business too and he thought that it would be a great opportunity to get my newly created company online so that there would be a higher chance of booking more jobs. It actually really surprised and amazed me when I saw the high amount of moving companies from all over, that were conducting business on the website, but there is still no doubt in my mind that Let's Gets Movin will not be left behind, but instead it will become one of the most popular moving companies that will be doing business on Thumbtack. Let's Get Movin, will eventually get the notoriety and recognition that I believe it absolutely deserves, because of the way that everyone at this company carries themselves and conducts their business in a professional manner. I look forward to all the current and future opportunities that Thumbtack will be providing Let's Get Movin with and I sincerely can not wait for my future customers that have not met me or heard of our company yet, to experience a hassle-free moving experience and the best customer service around when you pick the best in town, Let's Get Movin.....
