I called late at night-half the power was out in my house. The tech explained the real problem after hearing more. He was clear: the problem was with the electricity coming from the street. If he came out it would just cost money, and he couldnt fix it. His advice was correct: call the power company. He was polite and patient the entire phone call.

Matt and partner arrived on time on a nasty cold drizzly day and replaced my 2 outdoor yard flood lights as well as adding additional lighting in attic. They finished project without any delays or needing to have help. After my inspection of their work, they inspected my home electrical system and apprised me of one item that I should consider upgrading. No pressure just a heads up to watch out for. I would recommend using Superpower.

Matt and Mark were very personable and I could immediately trust their skills and knew they were reliable. We had gone without heat for longer than we wouldve liked, and they repaired it quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed their service so much, I highly recommend these guys!

Our carbon monoxide monitor or smoke detector started chirping despite changing the batteries.I called Sam (the owner) after 8 pm on Sunday night and he sent someone out first thing Monday morning.Matt was professional and installed all new units. He was respectful to our home and even vacuumed when he finished! We highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!
