My name is Marita Lynn, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Chef. I help people feel their best from the inside out and heal their illnesses from a holistic approach. I will teach you how to heal your body, mind and spirit. Everything starts with you, not just a diet. I am currently offering a Customized Wellness and Nutrition Program, a program I lovingly created for your specific dietary needs. My intention is for my clients to feel good and enjoy life to the fullest, improving their health as a consequence of their continuous joy! I will help you how to make the best food choices for your health and life. My program has a variety of offerings such weekly meal planning, once a week nutrition consultation and more. If you would like to add cooking classes, no problem! I also offer personal chef and small dinner parties for special occasions.

Marita was a godsend. We pivoted from a large venue wedding to a small intimate affair in our home for 12 people in total. Marita was more than helpful with the whole process. After our initial conversation she put together a menu that I didn’t even revise in the slightest. She helped me with the tablescape and was the liaison with the rental vendors for table, chairs, etc… There were a couple of last minute items I realized we needed and she was always there with a solve. Day of her and her team were so professional. Always wearing masks and never once making me feel like a host in my own home. Her and her staff were so friendly and attentive. We really did not know what to expect but we know that the evening was as lovely as it was because of all her help. I will recommend Marita over and over again and I will be sure to use her again. She will forever have a client with me.

It’s not easy finding someone who can cater above quality meals in large amounts. Marita simply put has the best food, astounding punctuality and performed as the most professional caterer we’ve ever hired. I won’t even consider hiring anyone else but her from now on.
