- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair and reasonable pricing. Every project is priced based on the specific design and materials, and we work closely with our clients to find solutions that fit their vision and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a consultation where we meet with the homeowner, look at the space, and discuss their vision for the project. From there we provide design ideas, material options, and a detailed estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule the project and keep the client informed throughout the entire installation process to make sure everything runs smoothly and the final result matches their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in the field. As a father-and-son company, I learned the trade working alongside my father and eventually took over the business to continue the family tradition. In addition to that experience, I am ICPI certified for paver installation, NCMA certified for segmental retaining walls, and a certified NDS drainage contractor. These certifications help ensure that every project we build follows proper industry standards and is designed to last.
