Katrina is a life saver! As a teacher who suffers from various chronic illnesses, cleaning has become a challenge to maintain. Last school year we chose MaidPro and they sent us Katrina. The cleaners they have sent were all very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and making the house sparkle. The floors are shiny and spotless, the stove and microwave are like new, the bathroom looks wonderful. It is truly a blessing to have them come and help.

Our typical process begins with a conversation to understand the customer's needs, priorities, and the type of cleaning service they're looking for. After gathering details about the home and desired services, we provide a customized estimate and schedule the appointment. We call this our Onboarding call. During the cleaning, we focus on quality, attention to detail, and clear communication. After the service, we follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied and to address any questions or ongoing cleaning needs.

We have received hands-on training and professional experience in my field, which has equipped me with strong skills in customer service, attention to detail, time management, and quality standards.
