We are facing unprecedented stress globally and it is having tremendous impact on relationships. Finding our clarity and voice is imperative and that is accomplished when we accept that it is an "inside job". The rut of blame, resentment, anger, frustration, confusion, guilt, or shame not only feels draining, it keeping you stuck in a loop feels like there is no escape, no hope and no upside. My purpose is to guide you on a journey of self-acceptance, self-compassion, self-help, and self-love. My approach to coaching is that of a Sherpa mountain guide. As your guide, together we will plan your climb, assess your readiness for the climb, examine what you have and the tools you will need, support you every step of the journey, allow for elements we can’t control, and get clear on what a successful and fulfilling climb will be for you. I have never been in therapy before. I was very nervous to start, but David has such a welcoming and comfortable vibe. He provides a beautiful balance of encouragement and challenges you to grow. He is available and present. He listens and shows genuine care for me and my struggles .

DAVID IS AWESOME. I struggled with finding someone to talk to for a long time & I feel so blessed now! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees include 60-90 minute sessions, ongoing follow-up to answer questions, share insights, and strategize solutions real time via text. Package pricing available as well as payment plans. My intention is to provide exceptional support which includes content and value. That is my commitment and guarantee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get clear on expectations and specific desired outcomes via email or text before session begins. Supply tools during sessions based upon clients expressed needs. Create "heart-work" to be done following each session. Offer real-time text or email communication to answer questions, support, provide feed-back, and guidance in between sessions.
