- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It's very important to do a walkthrough of the property to see how widespread the water damage is. Giving an exact price without being at or examining the property is difficult with out the data needed to do so. Pictures we see of an area might be just one spot on a wall but it's what you can't see that pricing becomes difficult. Pricing a job correctly and fair for my customer is something I care dearly about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?An open line of communication is very important from start to finish. Photo documentation throughout a project, giving a visual story line is something I value greatly and I feel customers greatly appreciate. New customers are already on edge, I want to bring them close to the project as best as I can so that they know what's going on at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?New York Mold Assessment Consultant Certification, New York Mold Remediation Contractor Certification; IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification; Asbestos Operations & Maintenance Certification.
