- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30 minute and 45 minute personal training sessions which are done in person or hybrid. I offer nutrition coaching as well, so it really depends on what you are interested in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak on the phone with you first and get an understanding of what you're looking for. I'm looking to get an idea of your health and fitness goals, what type of service you're interested in. Then I have you come into the gym or if you're looking for virtual training, then we can complete a virtual session. Your first visit is an assessment for fitness where we go over your goals, a timeline to achieve your goals, strength assessment, core strength assessment, cardio assessment, mobility assessment. After I've gathered all the assessment information, I can formulate a training program that will be functional to you and your lifestyle and goals. You routine should make your everyday life easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My personal trainer certification that I went to school for through World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), I have to keep up on continuing education credits every 2 years. I'm always taking classes, seminars, reading watching, etc. to gain more knowledge to be better and to give my clients more vault their personal training sessions.
