- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is pretty standard, yet flexible! Don't let the price quote drive you away, there is plenty of wiggle room. I understand that during these unprecedented times, budgets can get tight. I'm happy to work with any budget - from start-up, to non-profit, to established. Most projects have a set rate, except for consulting or certain design services which have an hourly rate,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you're an amateur entrepreneur or seasoned business owner, we like to start with the discovery phase. Since COVID-19, we do this over the phone or even on ZOOM. We want to know what are the ins-and-outs of your business? What's your vision? Mission? Target client? What will be - or is - your brand personality? From there, we create a custom strategy outline that works for project and goals. It includes everything you need to know, from soup to nuts. Price, timeline, stages, everything! I have a great team of marketing professionals that help bring Salty Red Dog Marketing to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a marketing strategist and visual content creator with 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations management. As a 3rd generation business owner, I love finding an out-of-the-box and effective way to reach the client's target audiences through media content and strategy. I help provide solutions to services and needs that clients need in today's virtual world that will not only help them get more exposure online but bring in more leads.
