The 5-star rating before I chose GnG IT Specialists was well worth paying attention to, and I am more than satisfied for choosing to hire them. I don't know how many others are in this group, but the one who helped me (Wilton) is more than worth your time, money and trust. Very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He repaired my cracked laptop screen and an old Gateway tower that kept rebooting no matter the number of times I tried to repair it. He came to my building to pick up and bring back both items, and was always on-time, always calling prior to arrival to set up the best meeting time for me/us. He may not be able to provide same-day service, but I was comforted by the fact that he not only let me know precisely what was wrong (or what else was wrong) with my laptop or tower, but because he repaired my laptop first I knew right then that my tower was in good hands. If he discovers another problem with your computer, he will tell you about it and ask if you'd like for him to repair that as well. It is good professional courtesy to ask a customer first! My laptop and my tower has been working perfectly ever since the repairs were done. He is DEFINITELY the one person I will turn to re my computer needs should any problems occur in the future. Anyone reading this review should definitely consider hiring him for any computer issues. Thanks also to Thumbtack for posting his services because I had no idea where to take my computers to for service.

My laptop had power but would not turn on. After several quotes, i decided to go with GnG IT Specialist, I"m glad i did. Wilton went above and beyond to find and fix the issue with the cheapest option available, The problem was the motherboard which he replaced, The parts and labor was at a extraordinary price. He saved me the expense of having to buy a new laptop. Please make them your first choice and give him a try, you won't go wrong. I was very pleased with his honesty and knowledge. My first contact was with Wilton who responded minutes after I put in my request for my laptop repair. We set up a mutually agreeable date and time for him and his brother Pablo to come to my house. He was extremely understanding as I had to change the date a few times. Pablo came at the appointed date and time and stayed an hour analyzing my laptop. He was very professional and a really nice guy. He decided it was either the start button or mother board but he would order the start button first since that was the least expensive option. He took my computer and in a few days Wilton called to say he replaced the start button and the laptop was repaired. We arranged for a date and time for me to pick up the laptop and also bring the tower from my old desk top so he could retrieve data that I thought was lost forever. Wilton was just as nice and knowledgeable as his brother. Wilton set up the laptop to show me it was working and gave me a flash drive with my retrieved data from the desk top. The price was extremely fair as I know I would have paid several times more if I brought it to a Geek Squad. All in all, Wilton and Pablo are ethical, honest, fair, professional and truly nice guys. They really want to satisfy their customers. I would definitely use them again and I've already recommended them to my friends. I couldn't have been happier with the experience!

We understand that everyone has to work to earn their money. We usually like to find out the most details we can so we can provide with a convenient price. For instance, I have been in situation where the job was easier than expected and customer paid less than the quote given previous.

We appreciate talking to your customer on the phone or face to face and listening to their concerns. We always want to meet our customer requirements. If they have a deadline and bring them the best of our team so they feel part of this tech family.

Technology it is like a medical field. We always have to keep up with new technology. We are always looking for better ways to improve our services and getting trained is one of the best ways to keep up.
