After three other electricians from this app failed to show up to our scheduled appointment, Carlos and his team saved the day. They were extremely responsive, patient with a million questions we had, flexible (showed up to fix 1 outlet and stayed late to finish another project we had also wanted to get done), and did a great job! Other providers had quoted 40% more than them, so I never felt taken advantage of. They were incredibly mindful about cleaning up after themselves too, and friendly. The best part is their team offers a wide range of services so my husband and I plan on working with Next Level Construction for all of our future hvac, bathroom renovation, door installation, and staircase projects - they also give clear quotes so we can financially plan properly. As a first time homeowner feeling overwhelmed, working with this team genuinely made the process easier. Highly recommend this team!

My experience with Next Level began with a professional and courteous phone call from Carlos. Up front, his prices were well under the three other quotes I had already received. I was quoted for a water heater installation and then discussed my needs in choosing a replacement heater. The plumber, Jose, showed up early on our scheduled day. Despite some difficulties with the old unit, Jose used his knowledge and experience to get the unit out, and when Carlos showed up with a new unit, installation was a breeze. The fantastic price may have been the reason I selected Next Level, but what sets them apart for me was the friendliness and professionalism from Carlos and Jose. I would recommend them to anyone.
