Most other companies do not include pictures and just type up some notes and call it a report. Our reports are never less than 25 pages long. We hired Faisal as our home inspector because we heard great things about him from our friends. He was so nice on the phone - a pleasure to talk to. We have never had a home inspection and he was willing to answer all our questions and concerns on the phone. His availability is great and he will work with you to setup a time that is perfect for both parties. He arrived early for the inspection, paid attention to all the details and listened to our questions. He carries a ladder with him to the inspection and takes great photos. He is very knowledgeable. He wasn't an old worn out inspector. He was young and quick on his feet and able to get into every crevice of the home. If you want someone friendly - choose Faisal!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Customer hires us. 2- We call them to schedule an inspection. 3- Once the inspection is set, we e-mail the Pre-Inspection Agreement. 4- The inspection takes place. 5- At the end of the inspection, we have a brief talk and collect payment. 6- The report is e-mailed 48 hours (or less) later. Our Home Inspections come with a free lifetime assistance. If you ever have a problem or a question regarding your home, give us a call. We love to give advice and help our clients - even if it is five years down the road.
