Fast, efficient, respectful, responsive experts!!! I can’t say enough about how important a fast response and solution is needed during a rain storm. The assessment process was thorough and the estimate was competitive. They repaired my roof leaking into my daughter’s room temporarily during a massive rain storm then permanently fixed the next morning. Such a relief. Highly recommend (and I am a serious critic).

Working with Vinnie was a great experience. First of all he responded immediately to my request. Second, he was prompt on site the following morning and provided the estimate. Finally he was on the dot and delivered high quality job on budget. He also took care of some additional repairs with minimal charges since the work-force was already on site. Finally he shared the photos of the completed work. It was a great experience working with him overall. I would recommend him any time.

They were great! Responded to my initial request for a call quickly. Came out same day to take a look and sent me the estimate a few hours later. Then scheduled arrival time for the repair and arrived on time. I had a leak coming in through a vent I needed removed from the roof. They took the whole section out removed the vent patched the spot and reshingled it then replace some damaged siding on the side of the house. I would hire them again if I needed anything else done to the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all the projects are different, we provide free estimates for all the possible costumers who need a quote for their project. Military Discount: 10% Elderly Discount: 10%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving the lead, I contact the costumers to set up an appointment so I can inspect and accurately give them a free estimate. If the costumers agrees to proceed with doing the project, we sign the contract and decide for a date that we start and finish the project. When the project is finished the costumer and I inspect the job and sign the end of the contract.
