I had absolutely no knowledge of bookkeeping or how to use QuickBooks. I wrote a list of all the bookkeeping services I needed to learn and I have learned them all!! I worked with both Chrissy and Liz, Liz a majority of the time, and they are AMAZING! They are patient, kind experts and I can tell they love what they do. I'm also using them to prepare my business taxes. I so thankful to have them as apart of my BAIL-IT team! I highly recommend any small business to learn how to do your own bookkeeping and hire Small Business Accounting to train you!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized based on the job. Depending on the client's needs, we work within a budget for the customer so they aren't surprised by the bill every month. Our clients know what services they are getting and how much will be billed without surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train business owners and their teams. We provide virtual 1:1 training (bookkeeping systems, financial basics, payroll workflows, and tax-ready processes) and can custom-build training programs for your specific business based on your industry, internal roles, and the software/tools you use so you can operate consistently and confidently going forward.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview several people. Trusting your books to someone is a personal decision. You have to get along with that person and build a trust knowing that they will take good care of you. They should be someone who has your back even when you aren't looking!
