I had absolutely no knowledge of bookkeeping or how to use QuickBooks. I wrote a list of all the bookkeeping services I needed to learn and I have learned them all!! I worked with both Chrissy and Liz, Liz a majority of the time, and they are AMAZING! They are patient, kind experts and I can tell they love what they do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized based on the job. Depending on the client's needs, we work within a budget for the customer so they aren't surprised by the bill every month. Our clients know what services they are getting and how much will be billed without surprises.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxes, financial reporting, clean up office systems, clean up financial systems, analyze company data, find ways to cut costs for your business, sales tax audits, payroll audits, IRS audits and anything else financially related.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview several people. Trusting your books to someone is a personal decision. You have to get along with that person and build a trust knowing that they will take good care of you. They should be someone who has your back even when you aren't looking!
