We were having an issue where our clothes washer suddenly started leaking from the bottom front. We didn’t know what was causing and nervous about using the washer until a pro could look at it. We held off doing any laundry for a few days. I thought that either the drain pump or the hose was leaking and that one of them needed replacing. I submitted the Thumbtack job request last Friday and Anthony kindly fit us in quickly the evening of that same day. He was very communicative and professional. He did a great job thoroughly examining and diagnosing the washer. He explained everything well regarding what the cause of the leak was and how all the parts were fine. He asked me to look underneath and see for myself that all the parts were ok and how the leaks were coming down the inside of the front panel from the top of the bucket. He explained what caused that and how to prevent it going forward. Anthony provided 5 star service and anyone should definitely choose AU TECH if needed.

For starters, AU Tech was very responsive to my concerns. I let them know I thought I needed a new compressor, so they arrived prepared to replace it. After performing a thorough diagnostic, they discovered that my unit had the wrong compressor installed and that someone had altered the wiring to make it work.
Rather than taking shortcuts, they explained the issue clearly, ordered the correct wiring and hardware, and completed the repair in a timely manner. I really appreciate the patience, professionalism, and honesty the AU Tech team demonstrated throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes the time to do the job right. I highly recommend AU Tech!

Finding a good technician is extremely difficult but I am so glad it was Anthony. He was super professional and very knowledgeable. I had issues with my fridge and he was very diligent and thorough in finding the root cause and fix as well as very fair with his pricing. I will highly recommend Anthony to everyone, really great service!
