Anthony needs to work on his communication, customer service, and his responsiveness. I found him extremely unresponsive and dismissive. He also said he was “too busy” to respond and makes many assumptions about me which is untrue. He also holds a double standard in which he can negotiate his labor cost (whatever unreasonable price he suggests) whereas if you try negotiate he will not allow it. He is unwilling to work with customers and then he will say he is extremely busy . N He also provided me a part number that does not exist.
