For starters, AU Tech was very responsive to my concerns. I let them know I thought I needed a new compressor, so they arrived prepared to replace it. After performing a thorough diagnostic, they discovered that my unit had the wrong compressor installed and that someone had altered the wiring to make it work.
Rather than taking shortcuts, they explained the issue clearly, ordered the correct wiring and hardware, and completed the repair in a timely manner.
