- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the best prices in the market and we guarantee for our job, we do discounts so the costumers will be available to pay us and to not stress themselves about savings
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we see where the problem is or what the costumer wants,than we give him recommendations, and at the end we give the costumers a fair price for them so they will be happy with our job and with the price, because happy costumers are the ones that gives us courage to work every day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
