The girls did an excellent job! The quality of the work done is at a high level. They cleaned my apartment very quickly and great. The only problem that arose was punctuality. I plan to continue using this service (and I hope today’s delay is an exception).

Very quick and efficient. 3 ladies showed up and completed my 1bed, 1bath, kitchen and living room in 2 hours. I was super happy with the kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning could have been better to spend attention to detail.

Pros: Quick, they came and left within 1.5 hours so these girls are fast. The hours since they’ve left, I’ve noticed small things that make big differences to us such as washing the dishes in the sink that make the house look much cleaner and the bathrooms look good. Cons: The main issue I had was communication. I found it hard to communicate with the ladies so when I would speak with them, they did not seem to listen and came off as rude or didn’t care or looked irritated. It could very well mean that they did not understand what I asked or the language or maybe it’s a cultural difference. For example, when I asked a question on vacuuming parts of the floor, the lady got irritated and vacuumed random areas of the house instead of listening or seeing where it needed to be cleaned as I pointed. I also noticed some parts of the house were missed while cleaning such as some parts of the dining table and floor. My review is also based on great reviews given by the other customers so maybe they had a bad day today or maybe it is a culture or language barrier but overall they did a decent job cleaning but needs to improve on the communication front. Taking account of Jose’s comment and since I can’t delete the review, updating the review.
