- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to disclose our estimates and pricing from the very beginning. Once a job has begun and we start to work on our project if we see that there are any changes that we recommend we like to immediately communicate that to our homeowner before proceeding with any work. Transparency is key and we like to make sure both we and our clients have a good understanding of everything going on in their homes throughout their entire experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Part of our process is attentiveness and speed. Many times our customers inquiries may be emergencies and need to be taken care of within 2-3 days. We like to reach out to our homeowners via call and confirm their initial concern for their property which then leads to setting a good date and time for us to have a roofing specialist sent to their home and access the conditions. Once our clients have gotten to meet our specialists and he gives you his assessment we will have an estimate drawn out for you at that very moment or we will have a team member reach out to you within a day or less and explain costs as well as confirm the options reviewed with you by our techs. Once that is established we agree on a date and time the best suits our homeowner as well as our team and we get to work.
