- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cheap price contractors always works out to be the most expensive and it’s an expensive lesson to learn. Our pricing is honest and fair and we can always work with costumers and advise some cost saving ideas, as a business we want our costumers to hire us again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know your customer and their requirement is very important to us and also allows us to price the job at hand more confidently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 22 years experience in construction from heavy engineering to self build and design, i also hold an extremely strong knowledge on self- sufficient homes and have records of results, My training and certification starts from 4 years of training in carpentry and pushed to senior management.
