Resilience By You: Coaching for Caretakers

Hi! My name is Allison and I am passionate about helping others feel well, strong, and capable. With a hands-on and passionate background as a working occupational therapist, I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and their families. I understand the need for support as a caretaker when a family member or loved one endures an illness, injury, or disability. With a completed coursework with Symbiosis Coaching, I offer coaching support for caretakers that seek to set and meet goals and strengthen their confidence in this incredibly important role.
