Pete was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem rather quickly after we discussed what I was experiencing. Long story short, get your annual maintenance done, because I had a gunked up valve and my filters were real bad. He made some adjustments and on a freezing cold on day 2nd into the new year, and Im good as new! Great personality and great technician! Ill even now go as far as saying hes a new friend to me!
