Introduction
We are a jazz trio (piano, bass, drumset/vibraphone) who play for private parties, wedding reception cocktail hours as well as corporate functions, i.e. banquets and meeting entertainment.
We play below the dinner conversation and lend a nice ambiance to the room for a formal dinner or casual Hors d'oeuvre and drinks.
Our dress is a classy tuxedo which lends itself nicely to any occasion!
A promotion packet with pictures, set list, and CD is available upon request.
Please note that the hourly rate listed includes the 3-member trio.
A one time $50 travel expense is added to the cost for locations over 50 miles.

Standard Edition played two 40-minute sets before a standing-room-only crowd at the Grounds for Good Coffeehouse at the First United Methodist Church in Moorestown. The sets included a dozen or so songs with me on vocals, as well as their usual instrumentals. The audience gave us a very enthusiastic reception and many kudos for an exceptionally enjoyable evening of entertainment.
It was very easy and a pleasure to work with the members of Standard Edition. We had one rehearsal together, during which things fell into place nicely. They were willing and able to accommodate any request I had regarding the presentation of the songs and made performing a real pleasure.
What could they do better? Oh, I don't know, maybe smile a little more when they are performing...

Standard Edition played at a 50th anniv. brunch at my synagogue,
Temple Sinai in Cinnaminson. They did a great job. Music and
performance were excellent. Volume level was perfect for the
affair. I have worked with Warren before and he is always on
time and professional.

Standard Edition did an outstanding job for me at a holiday party last Saturday (12/10/11). They understand that their job was to provide subtle, classy, tasteful music at a volume that could be enjoyed, yet talked over for a largely older crowd. Great selection of tunes, nice instrumentation and they came in tuxedos which really lent an air of class to the event. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Standard Edition performed in our home for a recent holiday party. They were fabulous providing the perfect festive music to make the evening a success. They were totally professional and flexible in working with our specific entertaining requests. We loved them!

Warren Frederick and Standard Edition played a banquet for us on a Saturday evening, and I had many, many compliments on the selection of this jazz trio! Warren was most pleasant to deal with, he did what he said he was going to do, and he took the worry out of that portion of my job as banquet manager. When our own sound system failed, Warren supplied a microphone hooked to his own sound system so that I could complete my announcements and an opening prayer. I recommend Standard Edition very highly!
