- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized per project and confirmed in writing before work begins. Courtesy discounts are available for law enforcement, firefighters, and veterans. Deposits are required for custom materials, and all additional costs are disclosed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation → measurement → written estimate → deposit for custom work → fabrication → installation → final walkthrough and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on training and industry experience in countertop fabrication, cabinetry installation, and residential remodeling. This includes on-the-job technical training, manufacturer product training, and ongoing education in installation best practices, job-site safety, and building standards. We stay current with materials, fabrication techniques, and code requirements to ensure quality and compliance on every project.
