- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple and personal — no automated chatbots or 10-step funnels. Step 1: Quick quote. Tell us your zip, the service you're interested in, and how often. We respond fast (usually same day), or you can obtain an instant free quote on our website. Step 2: Free meet & greet. Before any service starts, we come to you — meet your pup, walk through your home or yard, and answer every question. No cost, no pressure. This is non-negotiable for pet sitting and overnights — your pet needs to be comfortable with us before you leave them. Step 3: We get to work. Service starts on your schedule. Rain or shine. Step 4: Proof in your pocket. After every visit, you get photos plus a service report — so you know exactly what happened, when, and how your pet (or yard) is doing. If you booked a walk, you get a GPS route to see exactly where we walked, and when. That's the whole process. We don't believe in long contracts, lock-ins, or 12-month commitments. If it's not working for you, it's not working for us either.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The real answer: a lifetime of being absolutely obsessed with animals. Between the two of us (Kelcie & Chris), we've grown up with dogs, cats, and just about every kind of pet you can imagine. We've fostered, we've adopted, we've nursed sick animals back to health, we've handled everything from senior dogs needing extra patience to high-energy puppies needing structure. We're fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. We've also done extensive self-education on pet behavior, safe walking practices, recognizing signs of illness or distress, and emergency response. Our crew knows what a panting-from-play dog looks like vs. one that's overheating — and we know when to call you (or a vet) immediately. No certificates can replace the kind of intuition that comes from genuinely loving animals and paying close attention to them. We treat your pets like we treat our own.
