I hired Eliana's staff (2 women, one young one middle age) for a regular house cleaning of a 4 bed, 3 full bath, bi-level house. Its quite a big house spread over 2 floors, also including laundry area, 2 main halls , dining area and huge kitchen. Total 3000 sqft living area. Both the women took their time on each floor and thoroughly cleaned every corner, including many windows and glass doors. Even walls, as I requested to remove any webs around the house plus any stains they see. Changed bedsheet in one of the room as well. (However they did it wrong so I had to redo it lol) but it still counts. They even cleaned my fridge inside (not deep clean, without removing everything) and also kitchen cabinets from outside for grease stains. I wouldn't say I was 100% satisfied but I was at 90 overall which is a big deal for someone who is entering your house first time without any knowledge of which area needs more attention and which ones don't, given that I really liked their work and would absolutely call them again!!!!! They don't speak much English but whatever little they did (only young girl could converse) was enough to help them understand my needs.

Very good cleaning experience! They brought many professional cleaning tools and detergents. The little girl even knelt on my kitchen’s quartz countertop to wipe the top of high cabinets. Everything in my home was organized by them very well. They can only speak a little English but the translator on the phone can solve well! I would still hire them for the next time!
