- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we receive the request, we contact the customer to schedule the first technical visit where we’ll define the service that the customer will prefer, prices and when we’ll start the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always on the lookout for new tools and new products to make the customer's space even cleaner and fresher.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family has been cleaning houses here in the US for over 15 years.
