I am a perfectionist and love what I do..I'm a friendly person who wants the client to have a smile when they walk into a clean home...i usually charge more the first visit the price goes down depending if it's every week or 2 weeks or once a month...i do use eco friendly product n I do baseboards.. Just want to let u know if it more then once a week the price I give is each time Travel is expense is included I Also can shampoo rugs n carpet too ...an extra charge will be added.. My work ethic is to treat every home as it is my own(detailed to what the client wants) I want the client to come home n feel relaxed n HAPPY W MY SERVICES !!!!

Weed all my flower beds at two properties, mowed the lawn and pulled the weeds between the cracks of the sidewalk. I plan to use them a whole bunch (bi-weekly) -- and based on their landscaping, I want to hire them for house cleaning as well!

Jennifer is wonderful. She makes you feel good even if you are basically a slob and are hoping she will rescue you. She will. And she's so nice about it, "oh I've seen way worse than this," she says. The best thing to do is to leave the house while she's cleaning because then when you come back, you are BLOWN AWAY by the transformation she has made. She is professional and nice and honest and effective.

I would like to say that the ONLY reason I am not giving Jenn 5 stars is because of a slight hiccup we had in the beginning in regards to time & pricing. I was originally quoted one amount, however it was increased by $45 & she had to come the following day to finish my downstairs. But for the amount of time and attention Jenn paid to my home, it was worth it. My house had more clutter than actual dirt I would say. I am notorious for washing clothes and not putting them away, or sitting things down with the intent of coming back to put them where they belong & never doing so. I originally hired Jenn based off her opening statement of “I do baseboards”...something I HATE! She did that and more! She even cleaned under my bed! I was nervous at first having a stranger come into my home while I was not there, but thankfully I can say, Jenn is trust worthy & a great person. She responded immediately & made sure she let me know her ETA so I was aware of her arrival. My home looks amazing & it makes me feel happy to come home to! Jenn, I appreciate your time, care & attention to my home! I most definitely plan on hiring you on going! I feel like I’m proposing, lol “Will you be my ongoing housekeeper/cleaning girl?” 💍

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Anywhere from 75 to 300 depending on how big house is n bathrooms and if windows need to be done that's extra n shampooing rug after a cleaning is anywhere from 50 n up depending on rooms also I do organizing rooms, closets , pretty much what client wants I love doing it all ( I food shop n help put away too)
