I had hired a previous cleaner and although she did a good job, there was a stain on my rug she refused to touch. Anything I had asked the previous cleaner to do seemed to be an inconvenience. It drove me insane. I fired her and hired Stephanee. She responded very quickly to my inquiry and came out the same day for an estimate. Stephanee showed up on time and did the job by herself. I had asked her in the beginning, when I did the estimate if she could get the stain out and she said she would try. Let me tell you, she used a flashlight and the stain is totally gone. You have no idea how relieved I am. Stephanee did a remarkable job and even folded the towels in the bathroom a unique way. After she was done each room, she had me inspect it to see if there was anything else I needed done. Yes, my place is SPOTLESS because of Stephanee’s attention to detail. She has earned my business and I will be hiring her anytime I need a clean. Thank you so much!
