I was actually responding to another client who posted a negative review because I hadn't done something that wasn't in the contract. I am taking steps to have your review removed as soon as possible. I apologize for the mix-up.

I’d like to clarify a few points about this review so that future clients have a full understanding of what actually happened. The contracted work was completed as agreed, including painting, the planned repairs, and the installation of a new electrical line exclusively for the washer and dryer. Since I do not personally perform electrical work, I hired a qualified professional for that installation, just as I did for the electrical work on the new base heaters. In addition to the contracted work, I also completed several additional jobs at no extra cost, including replacing a faulty shower water valve, installing mailboxes and security cameras, as well as installing the new base heaters and their electrical work. The house is older and has other electrical issues, including outlets that do not work and other pre-existing electrical problems. These issues were not part of the contracted scope and were not included in the original quote. They are additional services that, if requested, would need to be assessed and quoted separately. I respect every client’s right to share their opinion, but I believe it is important to clarify that pre-existing electrical issues and work that was never part of the contract should not be presented as work that was not completed. Throughout the project, I did my best to fulfill everything that was agreed upon with responsibility and transparency. Whenever possible, I also went beyond the original scope to help the client, including completing several additional tasks at no charge. My commitment has always been to deliver what was agreed upon and to treat every client with respect and professionalism. I hope this explanation allows future clients to consider all the facts and not just one side of the situation.
