While I'm sorry this individual was unhappy, I strongly disagree with the review. This individual called me regarding representation for a relative, but didn't have the full list of charges for me to provide an accurate quote. I indicated I would have my office contact her after speaking to the criminal division and obtaining a copy of the complaint, which would list all of the charges. It took 48 hours to get a representative from the criminal division on the phone. Upon obtaining the information and attempting to reach this individual by phone twice (leaving several messages), I realized she had left me this one star rating. Despite the review, I wish this individual and their loved one the best of luck as they move forward with their matter and thank them for the opportunity to discuss the case.

This was my first time ever using a attorney, and Mr. James Fridie was very informative, patience, knowledgable. He help me settle my divorce quick and easy with us having to go to trail.
