I recently hired this company through Thumbtack for my basement framing project, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From beginning to end, everything was handled with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for customer satisfaction.
He arrived on time, was extremely polite, understood my requirements, and agreed to a very reasonable price after we discussed the budget. What impressed me most was his dedication and the way he organized his team.
I initially expected the framing to take 3–4 days, but to my surprise, he arrived with a team of 7–8 professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone had their responsibilities, worked together seamlessly, and wasted no time. When I checked my basement halfway through the day, I was amazed to see that most of the framing was already completed. By the end of that same day, the entire job was finished! Their efficiency, teamwork, and workmanship were truly impressive.
What really earned my respect, however, was what happened afterward. The next day, I noticed a small section that needed additional framing. I called him, and he answered immediately without hesitation. He simply said, “No problem, I’ll come and take care of it.”
He drove nearly an hour with his team, picked up the additional studs from Home Depot, and spent another couple of hours completing the work. Considering the travel, materials, and labor involved, I genuinely don’t think he made any profit from that second visit. Yet he showed up with the same positive attitude and a smile on his face, without a single complaint or any attempt to charge me unreasonable amounts.
That kind of honesty, responsibility, and commitment to customers is rare. It’s clear that he cares about his reputation, takes pride in his work, and values long-term relationships more than making a quick profit.
I sincerely hope his company continues to grow and that more homeowners get the opportunity to experience his excellent service. He and his entire team deserve every bit of success that comes their way.
I would hire him again without a second thought for any future home improvement projects, and I would happily recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy contractor.
