Pat did a very good job rehabing my laundry area and getting it in pristine shape for my new stackable washer/dryer unit. Below are the before and after pictures. His work consisted of adding some drywall, spackling, sanding, building new baseboards, and painting. He was polite, professional, and ensured the area was thoroughly cleaned after his work. I am going to hire him again for another small project in the coming weeks.
