They didn’t even have a ladder to look at the roof and looked from a drone. And after they gave me a price which was double what another contractor gave us they went to ask my mother after I said no. That is unprofessional and would never recommend them.

My apologies for your bad experience, our sales representative did have a ladder but they didn’t need to go on the roof because it was a small roof section and it was better to take a photo with our drone. Every company charges differently, we don’t know what the other company was offering you, for the materials, warranties and if they were going to install new plywood. They went to let your mother know that they were leaving and they just told her what we were going to do if we get the job.
