Introduction: I am a professional bassist and 2008 Berklee College of Music graduate who has taught 50+ students over the last 10+ years. I am a full time bass player, not a guitarist teaching bass.
I have worked with young students prepping for school recitals, concerts, and college auditions, as well as with mature/adult students looking to have fun in a band or develop a new hobby! I have taught first-time players, multi-instrumentalists, individuals with disabilities, and peers/professionals.
I take careful consideration of every students unique pace. Students know me for my warm personality, friendly demeanor, and desire to help them meet their own personal goals. I follow a teaching method which places the student first, and I aim to accommodate every students individual learning process and speed.
Lessons are taught in my home at listed rate, or I can travel to you for a fee. Parents can sit in-room, or relax in my living room nearby. I have a spouse and two children and keep a family friendly environment located across the street from Copeland Middle School in Rockaway, NJ. I have a large collection of unique bass guitars that are available for my students to use during lessons if they desire. I also perform set-ups/tech work on my students instruments if the instrument is difficult to play.
Thank you for reading, and I hope to start up lessons with you soon!
