Introduction: We have the encapsulation carpet cleaning technology explained. There are no wet carpet or detergent residue.
Encapsulation is a process in which the solution goes into the carpet, encapsulates the dirt particles and dries to a flaky crystal. You can imagine it as millions of microscopic Pac-Man going into the carpet and gobbling up all the dirt. Once these microscopic Pac-Men have filled themselves with dirt and soap and anything thats left in the carpet, they dry to a flaky crystal that's easily vacuumed out of the carpet.
Founder Dick Whittaker pioneered the use of low-moisture "encapsulation" cleaning technology.
