Tom did a superior job replacing our bathroom tile floor under unusually trying circumstances. Not only did he accommodate a tight schedule, unpredictable work conditions and multiple unexpected complications, he advised me throughout on my options and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and at a very fair price. The result is a beautiful floor that has transformed the room and far exceeded my expectations. Tom is a skilled professional who clearly makes a practice of bringing creativity and resourcefulness to his work, but it is his personal integrity that puts him several steps above most of his competition. I have already begun making plans with him for future work.

My pricing is fair and competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make text or phone contact to discuss the job in more detail first. Then, an in home meeting to greet the customer and see the job. At this point, we can go over the job in more final details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my early training came from laboring and apprenticing for tradesmen. More recently, my 17 years of contracting and remodeling is educational in itself.
