Standard Screen Repair offers the most affordable device repair service. They offer a Price Match Guarantee so customers never have to decide on price. If Standard Screen Repair cannot resolve the issue there will be no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Standard Screen Repair is typically contacted by their customers via various channels including by phone and the web. Customers then relay their issue and Standard Screen Repair determines repair eligibility and pricing which is conferred to the customer. If they are able to resolve the issue they proceed to schedule an appointment. The customer chooses a time and location that works with their schedule. A Technician then shows up and performs the repair in the vehicle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Standard Screen Repair employs Apple Certified ios Technicians. An ACiT has undergone extensive manufacturer training and testing by Apple. This ensures customers' devices are repaired using the correct tools and procedures.
