I recently bought an older house without A/C and had old radiators for heat. After having six different estimates with six different approaches and recommendations, I chose Lincoln Mechanical Corp to install central A/C and heat. From the moment I met them until the completion of the work, I am completely confident I selected the right company for this job. First, I want to start by saying that they were prompt with responding to my request for an estimate and providing a proposal. Eddie and Jim who came to provide the estimates were very friendly from the moment they walked in. They took the time to thoroughly assess my home for the best approach and recommendations that would have minimal risks for damage and avoid costly repairs. As we walked through the house, they provided a detailed step by step explanation of what they proposed to do and why. Being a single female without HVAC knowledge, I appreciated the explanations as well as them taking the time to answer my questions. Compared to their competitors who either provided estimates in 5 minutes without thoroughly assessing my house or wasted my time trying to get me to install Fujitsu wall units, Lincoln provided a professional, well written and detailed proposal on what I was asking for. After perusing and comparing all 6 written proposals for reasonable costs, quality, and overall value for the work and HVAC equipment proposed as well as investigating reputable reviews, I chose Lincoln to perform the work. Lincoln also provided an additional benefit for my family that kept us comfortable during 95 degree and above weather until we had A/C installed. Immediately after signing the contract, they came out the same day and provided two huge portable AC units, one upstairs and one downstairs which me we were very appreciative. to have during 95 degree and above weather. With the extremely hot weather and having two young kids, they were expeditious with getting started and were in my house within a week to start the work. It took a little over two weeks for them to remove all the existing radiators and install both the A/C and heat. I did not feel that they rushed the work and provided exceptional quality work. They were very considerate of my home and meticulous with not damaging my home or leaving a mess. The whole team Eddie, Jim, Mike, John, and Matt were awesome. I felt amazingly comfortable having them in my home during this lengthy process. All of them were extremely pleasant and worked in a professional manner that allowed me to continue working from home without any disruptions. They also provided daily updates and progress before leaving each day. After the work was completed, I received follow-up calls to make sure everything was working fine and to answer any questions I had. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience and I am highly satisfied with the quality services I received. I would recommend Lincoln Mechanical Corp for central air and heat installation.

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days this summer. I was in a panic because I was working from home that day. I called Lincoln Mechanical for help. They sent John out right away to fix it. He was very professional, explained what was wrong, and fixed it in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Professional quality service. Excellent service. Our hvac died and they were able to come to my home, discussed our options and then replace it the next day. They arrived on time, very clean, neat and polite. When they were finished they cleaned the area thoroughly. They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Lincoln Mechanical you will not be disappointed... I guarantee it!
