FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, detailed proposals so you know exactly what’s included before any work begins. Pricing is based on the scope of work, surface condition, preparation required, and materials needed—because proper prep and high-quality coatings are essential for a long-lasting result. We don’t believe in surprise fees or cutting corners to lower the price. Our goal is to deliver the best value by doing the job correctly the first time. We’re always happy to walk through options with customers to match the project to their budget, and seasonal scheduling or project timing can sometimes help reduce costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your project, timeline, and goals. From there, we schedule an on-site estimate to evaluate the surfaces, discuss preparation and finish options, and answer any questions you have. After the visit, you’ll receive a clear, detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once the project is scheduled, we confirm details ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect. Our team completes all preparation, painting, and cleanup while keeping you updated on progress. At the end of the job, we walk the project with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is to make the process straightforward, predictable, and stress-free from the first call to the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company follows the training, systems, and standards developed by CertaPro Painters, including project management, surface preparation, product selection, and application techniques. We stay current with manufacturer specifications and best practices to ensure coatings perform as intended and last. In addition, I have a professional background in building operations and facilities, which provides a strong understanding of construction materials, maintenance, and how different surfaces perform over time. This experience helps us diagnose issues correctly, recommend the right solutions, and deliver durable results rather than quick fixes. We also continue to learn through hands-on field experience, product training, and industry resources so we can provide customers with up-to-date methods and materials.
