Introduction: With 40 years of experience in the industry, and a team of craftsmen ranging from 5- 25 years with our company, the common goal has and will always be Customer Satisfaction! The majority of our project's are cosmetic upgrades, which we're very grateful for all our clients. But the occasional customer with the unfortunate situation such as broken water pipe damage etc., sometimes meaning the entire family being displaced from their home, brings out the best in us and what we do. Accessing, repairing, cleaning up the mess and restoring their home back to habitable conditions in a timely fashion, seeing the look in their eyes upon returning to their home (always on or before the promised completion date) is as much enjoyment for us as is them.

We're about 3/4 finished with our basement and I'm loving everything Vito and his team has done so far. Vito has been very responsive and thorough from start to finish. Price is fair and work is outstanding. His team works hard and they all have a very deep understanding of the work that needs to be done. Thanks so much Vito, looking forward to the end result. Highly recommend to anyone for general contracting, and will definitely hire his team for other projects going forward.

We’re about half way through our home exterior upgrade project and everything has been great so far. Initial estimates were detailed and Vito provided valuable advice based on his years of experience in the business. I have no regrets going with Splash Contracting and I’m already recommending to friends and family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always pass on all and any savings possible to all of our clients, we are a reasonably priced company being fair to both sides which is how we've survived all the shifts in our economy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and offer prompt response to their request setting a convenient time to view their project and educate them on all the options possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The greatest teacher is always experience and the craftsmen you surround yourself with. At 56 years of age and 40 years since my Grandad handed me my first tool, I believe it to parralel that and more of my competitors.
