I did have very good experience with lawyer Adam Epstein. He promise me first thing in the morning he will call me and even i contact him on the weekend he still have conversation with me on the weekend. Every time I send him message he reply stat meaning he care about his clients.

This review is ridiculous and inappropriate. Gerry mischaracterized his case as a personal injury / medical malpractice matter, which it was not. When I advised him that it was not a case I could help him with because it was not a personal injury or malpractice matter, he continued to ask me for additional free advice about the type of attorney he needs, which is completely outside my specialty. I would advise anyone from working with this individual or responding to his inquiries.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our office works on a contingency fee basis, meaning that we only get paid if we recover money for you. Our percentage rates are set by the State of New Jersey in accordance with R. 4:42-11(b).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be a free consultation over the phone to discuss the nature of the incident or accident that led the client to seeking an attorney. There is no time limit on the free consultation. We would discuss not the only the incident or accident itself, but how it have impacted the client and explaining the litigation process and what our firm can do to guide them through it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed college and law school at top tier universities, and have practiced in the personal injury and medical malpractice fields for many years.
