FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To any customer looking, I usually say we do quality work for a fair price. We are concerned for the best interest to our customer. We do things as if it were our home. We usually state we are not going to be the most expensive nor will we be the least.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually would like to get and idea for the scope of work. Also get them and estimate which usually there is no charge. Under some conditions I do charge for estimates. These type of estimates usually require us understanding the home in which how the circuitry is ran. Where we need tools to open locations checking for.specfics for the sale of the home. Most times we reimburse the customer if they decide to use our services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started electrical work for a residential contractor in 2001. Have been working ever since. I about 2010 I entered the Local electrical union and completed the journeyman apprenticeship program, which is a 6 year apprenticeship. During the program 3rd year of the program I managed to get my electrical license for the state of NJ. I was able to achieve this due to the 10yrs of residential work I perfor.ed previously. My company sponsored me to get my license this was already in the process before entering g the union. In the union I was exposed to commercial and industrial style work. To which I am grateful for. #UnionStrong
