I just had them hang a closet door with 6 hinges and it cost $556 and before them I had another guy who put in a new door in kitchen had to trim door on both sides and had to drill for handles and hinges and only cost $250 ,beware when they charge per hour!!

Hired this company to replace my door handle and that was fixed in about 15 minutes. Because it was 99/hr I asked if they could fix my kitchen sink with a slow drip. Long story short, the gentleman was not able to fix it after trying to and then I was left with a sink that didn't work at all! It was truly a mess and water everywhere. I had to contact another company the very next day to fix my sink for $485.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that the door handle repair (the original reason for our visit) was completed successfully. As we were wrapping up, you mentioned a slow drip at the sink and asked if we could take a look. While plumbing repair was not part of the scheduled work, we were happy to inspect it as a courtesy to help you understand what might be causing the issue. During that inspection, we identified that the faucet had an internal handle failure and would need replacement, and we also noted that the supply line and angle stop should be replaced, but we did not have the time or parts to address that. Again, this was an existing leak, and were not hired to fix this originally. We understand how frustrating plumbing problems can be, and we’re sorry to hear you had to deal with further issues. Most customers choose our flat monthly membership because each member is paired with a dedicated handyman who visits twice a month to knock out your honey do lists. We also create custom home maintenance plans that we will automatically manage over 50 critical preventative maintenance tasks. We also work by the hour at $99 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free home walk-through to evaluate your to dos, and it's a great opportunity to meet your HandyPro. If you decide to become a member we will design a preventative ProCare home maintenance plan tailored to your home, and Handy Homes automatically schedules and performs it all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, certified and insured. We are a licensed to repair and maintain your heating and cooling, and we include Spring and Fall HVAC services as part of our standard monthly membership (saving you at least $250), and
