Mold Inspection and Removal
Scott is a complete gentlemen. I wasn’t sure whether I had mold in my basement so I posted a job on thumbtack. Scott responded immediately, showed up on time to our appointment, did a thorough review, and determined the problem without being pushy. He was very honest and upfront.

This is a company that does what they say. They gave me a quick estimate which was more than fair and did the work in the time frame that they said it would be done. We needed total remediation in our basement. They were quick and neat. Everyone I spoke to from the salesperson to the office staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them twice now in my rehabs and will certainly use them again in the future. We won't walk away from a rehab with mold issues ever again. Thanks 2 River!

I needed them to help remove mold in a relative's home and then do restoration -- so I was working with them only by phone. They moved quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions, and did such a good job that my relative's neighbor was moved to call me and say that their work was "fantastic."

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each job is different so pricing will vary. Our services are competitively priced and not only fair, but backed by our company warranty, providing the assurance that we will be there when you need us most.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once contacted by a new customer, we schedule an always complimentary schedule at the customer's convenience. Following the inspection, a detailed-written proposal is sent via email to the customer outlining each step in the proposed Scope of Work. If the customer wishes to proceed, our Office Manager schedules the work at their convenience. Once work has been completed, the property will then be issued a warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our managers and field reps have extensive training in mold remediation, waterproofing and full restoration services. We are nationally certified as Certified Mold Inspectors and Testers through Micro, Indoor Air Certified Professionals through the IIAQC Organization, as well as Licensed Contractors, Builders and Certified Restoration Specialists by the great State of NJ.
