What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every two years when we renew our license we attend a 5 hour continuing education class. This keeps us informed on many of the new code changes. Also we attend seminars on new changes to the HVAC equipment we install. This allows us to provide much better sevice to our customers.
