I am a licensed massage therapist with one goal: to leave you relaxed, pain free and feeling like your needs were met. Your body and preferences drive the session, as I unravel the tension and disease that is unique to you. I seek to resolve the body issues you have been struggling with; improving your sense of health and well being. You will feel both nutured , pain free and moving easily. I provide customized work because every body and every person is different. From athletes to the elderly and injured. The Changes Center is a mobile massage service, provides on site chair massage services for events and has access to several soothing massage rooms in Northern New Jersey.

Cynthia was amazing, she took her time with my husband, they first started with stretching exercise to get his muscles relaxed then she gave him a 60 min massage, my husband will be booking her again!!

Cynthia is the absolute best. I first hired her for my boyfriend to help with his shoulders, which he injured playing sports. It was a great massage, and she is so warm and friendly - we felt absolutely comfortable having her in our home. We hired her again for a couples massage recently, and it was incredibly relaxing and helpful. We plan on having her over on a regular basis, as we both feel so much better afterwards.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per session and offer packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, We establish the goal of the client’s session. Discuss the style of work they prefer and the vest way to achieve it. Its important that the client realize they are in control of the session the entire time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 1000 hrs if training in massage, bodywork, corrective exercise and fitness. Most importantly, I have treated 100s of clients over the last 20 years. I am NJ licensed and insured.
