The owner, Joannie was very responsive and delightful to work with. She was very thorough in asking questions to be sure she and her team were clear on my cleaning needs. She was able to accommodate with just a few days notice right before the Thanksgiving holiday. She brought all the supplies and equipment needed. They were careful and everything was spotless and smelled clean when they were finished. I am very picky and was preparing for a party with guests who were germaphobes. I will contact Joannie and her team for any cleaning needs and will pass her info around to friends and family. It is very hard to find cleaning people like Joannie so I am super happy to have found them here!!!

Joannie and Sarah were amazing. They cleaned vigorously with great attention to detail (tops of frames, light fixtures, cobwebs in corners) I will definitely use them again. They were also responsive and pleasant.

She did a great job with my apartment. Everything was spotless and I didn’t have to provide instructions beforehand. She was very responsive, worked with my schedule and even cleaned some places I didn’t anticipate. I’d definitely rehire her for my next clean.
