Hello! My name is Joselyn Rosado and makeup has always been my passion. I love how it enhances the beauty that already exists. And being able to make someone feel beautiful and amazing on their special day is something that i find so much joy in. So that’s why last year I decided to get certified as a makeup artist. I attended the makeup program at Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School and got my certification. Makeup is what i love to do, so whether you’re attending a party, a bridesmaid or the bride you can be sure that you will look absolutely breathtaking for that special day!

Joselyn was absolutely amazing! She was on time and super professional! My moms and my makeup came out exactly how we wanted. We felt beautiful without feeling like our faces had 20lbs of makeup. We loved it so much and received so many compliments all night. She is definitely the best!

Working with Joselyn feels like working with a friend. She makes you feel absolutely comfortable. Before meeting, she asked a few questions about what my Bridal makeup vision was- and at our trial she did way beyond what I was imagining! She absolutely has an eye for fine details- I could tell with every brush stroke while she was working on me.. and the second I saw myself I was in awe. I cannot wait for her to do my makeup for my big day, and I definitely highly recommend her to anyone else!!!

Jos is a seriously talented women! Highly recommend for weddingmakeup. She did an amazing job and my makeup stayed flawless the entire day/night. Joselyn was super easy to work and communicate with, she responses quickly and was very open to my non-professional makeup requests/questions. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has decided to give me the privilege of being their makeup artist for their special day I send them over a contract to ensure that that day i am available for them. After that I really like talking to my clients to get to know them and understand what they envision for their special day. It's important for me to learn what they like and don't like, if they have something specific they'd like i ask for pictures of a similar look they see themselves in. And if they don't really know i like to suggest ideas that really complement their eye and face shapes. I also like to know what their skin type is to be sure i use products that will make the makeup last all day for their event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the makeup program at Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School and got certified as a Makeup Artist.
